Student Information
A one time registration fee of $60 per adult or $30 per child is required for pricing shown (except where
noted otherwise). Law Enforcement & Military personal receive 50% off the registration fee (Must provide
proof with military id or badge).
FREE MONTH! 1) Receive a free month for referring two registered paid students an $90 value . 2) Pay six months
in advance and receive a free month of equal amount paid. Ask for further details.
FREE CLASS! Get the word out and receive a free class ($22.50 value) for every person you refer who takes a
free introductory class. Ask for details.
Kids Group class: First child is regular price, any sibling after pays discounted price. This applies to
brothers and sisters only, no exceptions.
Current IGJJF members are eligible for registered students pricing and are entitled to two free group classes
a year with paid membership. For more information go to www.IGJJF.com.
All monthly programs are based on a calendar month (first through final day of month). No credit will be
issued or unused classes carried over to the following month except when classes were not taken due to
injury or illness. A doctor's note will be required before credit or class transfer will be issued.
Unlimited training programs cannot be prorated.
Payment for monthly program is due at time of first class of the month.
Aside from unlimited training, monthly programs are based on 4 or 8 times a month. If students attends the
same class and day of week within a given month and there five days for the month, the fifth class will be
free.
For example: In the month of May there are five Thursdays, the fifth Thursday taken is free.
Add-on classes to prepaid monthly programs are priced based on monthly price divided by number of classes.
For example: 1x Week: $90/4 =$22.50 ea add on, $99/4= $24.75 ea add on 2x week: 160/8 = $20, $176/8 = $22.00 etc.
Your monthly private & semi-private payment guarantees your reserved weekly class. Private & Semi-Privates
cancelations must be made with at least a 48 hours notice, so your class can be rescheduled. Students who
cancel without the 48 hours notice will lose that week's class & forfeit the payment.
All classes must be paid up front prior to class being taken. $25 service fee is charged for all returned
checks. Any outstanding debts that are not cleared within 90 days will be charged to your credit card on file.
Belt Rankings:
Adult: White, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black;
Kids: White, White/Yellow, Yellow, Yellow/Orange,
Orange, Orange/Green, Green and then move on to adult belts.
Also there are degree levels with belts except white.
The Gracie Academy offers a FREE Introductory PRIVATE class!

An Academy gi will be provided at no charge for this class.
For WOMEN EMPOWERED, the first class is free to all participants. No gi is required. Wear comfortable
workout clothing (e.g., sweats or shorts and a tee shirt). Click here for more information on the FREE trial class.
Kids may attend a regularly scheduled group class (Wednesday at 6pm or Saturday at 1pm depending on their age)
as their free introductory lesson. An Academy gi will be provided at no charge for this introductory class
