HOW TO USE THIS ONLINE STORE

Browse through the online Gracie merchandise catalog by simply choosing from the various categories on the menu bar on the left. Please note that all listed prices are in U.S. Dollars.

If you see an item that you like, click the "ADD" button to place it in your shopping cart (you can always remove it from your cart later). Prior to checkout you will be given the opportunity to select the desired size, quantity and color (if applicable).

To preview the items in your shopping cart, click the "MY CART" menu option to the left. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "REMOVE" link next to that item.

To purchase the items that are in your shopping cart, click on the "CHECKOUT" button in your shopping cart and follow the onscreen instructions to finalize the order.

ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & HANDLING, PLUS DELIVERY SERVICES

Please allow approximately 24 hours (1 business day) for processing of your order.

Shipping costs for international orders vary by country. The total cost will be shown in your online order total during checkout. Depending on your country's customs policies, there may be additional charges at pick up in your country.

Please note that next day and second day delivery are not available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and international destinations. Also, these services may not be available in some rural U.S. areas.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item for a full refund, or you may exchange it for another item - no questions asked. Simply return the unworn item with the invoice no later than 60 days after receipt (except DVDs). We will gladly exchange defective DVD's for the same item within 30 days after receipt.

Shipping and handling charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include payment (check, money order, or credit card number, expiration date & signature) for all reshipment charges. Failure to include this will delay shipment of replacement merchandise.

BACK ORDERS

On some items, demand may exceed our expectations. You will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order. If you wish to substitute an in-stock item for the back-ordered merchandise, please contact Customer Service.
