Marty Jennings is an instructor at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Tulsa located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One evening while rocking his then new-born daughter to sleep, Marty happened upon a cable channel that was re-airing past UFC and PRIDE Fighting events. He immediately noticed that a lot of the fights seemed to end up on the ground and were being finished by moves the announcers were calling triangle chokes, arm-bars, and leg locks. A quick internet search later found Marty at Gracie University and he has never looked back. After meeting the pre-requisite requirements, Marty enrolled and graduated from the Gracie Academy Instructor Certification Program in July, 2011. He was awarded his instructor bars by Ryron and Rener Gracie in July, 2014. Marty continues to dedicate himself as both a student and teacher of the most proven and effective self-defense system that exists today.
