Notes for Parents of Child Participants: The Gracie Bullyproof seminar is designed to give kids (ages 6-12) the verbal, physical, and psychological techniques to overcome bullies without violence. Whether the child is brand new to jiu-jitsu or an experienced grappler, this seminar will provide much more than the physical self-defense techniques. Kids should wear a martial arts gi if they have one (if not, comfortable P.E. attire like shorts/t-shirts are okay). No previous experience is necessary to participate. Parents of child participants are invited to participate/assist during the seminar (optional). The class will be EXTREMELY fun and engaging for all participants - you won't want to miss it!
