Rener Gracie Seminars in Oklahoma

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Gracie Bullyproof in Edmond, Oklahoma

Rener Gracie will be in Edmond, OK for one day of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu seminars on September 30, 2012. The seminars will be open for students from all schools and all experience levels. There will be two Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Mastery Seminars and one Gracie Bullyproof seminar for kids, ages 6-12, at the Certified Training Center in Edmond, Ok. Be sure you reserve your spot early, these will sell out.

1) Gracie Bullyproof Seminar (Kids, ages 6-12) @ 12pm-2pm
2) Leg Lock Mastery (Adults, all levels) @ 2:30pm-3:30pm
3) Armlock Mastery (Adults, all levels) @ 4pm-6pm

Notes for Adult Participants: Each seminar is designed for all skill levels and is guaranteed to take your game to the next level. Cameras, notepads okay. No video taping. Gracie Gear will be available for purchase (cash/checks only) at the conclusion of the seminars.

Notes for Parents of Child Participants: The Gracie Bullyproof seminar is designed to give kids (ages 6-12) the verbal, physical, and psychological techniques to overcome bullies without violence. Whether the child is brand new to jiu-jitsu or an experienced grappler, this seminar will provide much more than the physical self-defense techniques. Kids should wear comfortable P.E. attire like shorts/t-shirts (or a gi if they have one). No previous experience is necessary to participate. Parents of child participants are invited to participate/assist during the seminar (optional). The class will be EXTREMELY fun and engaging for all participants - you won't want to miss it!
