Some Gracie Diet Tips for Your Turkey Dinner

Thanksgiving is one of the most highly anticipated meals in America, but also one of the most dangerous when it comes to Gracie Diet food combinations principles. So here is a list of the most common Thanksgiving meal components, and the Gracie Diet combination guidelines you might want adhere to so that you will digest most efficiently and won't feel sick on Friday morning. We've color coded the different foods to make it easy for you to understand.

Green (Group A): Foods that are okay to eat with each other plus ONE of the orange foods.
Orange (Group B): You must choose only ONE of these to eat with ALL of the green foods.
Red: Do not eat any of these.

Turkey
Potatoes (Includes: Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, and Yams)
Cranberry Sauce
Bread (Includes: Stuffing, Rolls, and Biscuits)
Ham
Green Beans
Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Rice
Deviled Eggs
Peas
Carrots
Cornbread
Salad (Topped with: Olive Oil and Salt)

Additional Observations
1) If you are hungry have seconds. Do not eat dessert, drink water or sparkling water.

3) Eat to Live. Don't Live to Eat.
4) If you run into foods that are not on the list above and you are not sure if it combines or not, be safe, don't eat them. You'll survive without them.
