Surprise Attacks on Police Officers

Great video I wish I could show this to everybody in my dept...hopefully it would get them to take training alittle more serious.

These videos are used in the Street Survival courses put on to aid officers in preparing for unexpected attacks. Police officers are trained very differently for a number of reasons. I would Strongly encourage the Gracie Family to further develop techniques for law enforcement that recognize the legal limitations as well as equipment restrictions. (like body armor and duty belts)

i agree having a badge does not mean you can fight they all need training to protect themselfs and others

GJJ should be mandatory training for officers, security guards, paramedics, firefighters, bouncers, nurses, and anyone that works in a hostile environment.

this video will be shown at our next in-service training. I like how it shows the situations where the techniques are used

based on this kind a stuff, i guess, every cop should have some self defence knowledge...

Thank you for helping to keep officers safe. Please consider a course in Canada

Nice video. I like how you spliced the GJJ techniques into it. Rather than just say how GJJ would work, you showed how and where it would work. Excellent.

Good video I wish more police officers would realize the truth of these kinds of things. The harder we train now the safer we will stay when we are in these situations.
